Timelines depend on project complexity. A simple 2-layer PCB design takes 2–3 weeks. Complex multi-layer high-speed boards with firmware typically run 6–10 weeks. Full product development from concept to production-ready prototype is usually 3–6 months. We provide a detailed project plan with milestone dates during the scoping call.
Yes, absolutely. We sign mutual NDAs before any project discussion. We understand that your product idea, schematics, and technical requirements are sensitive IP — we treat them with complete confidentiality. Just ask and we'll send over our standard NDA before the first call.
For PCB design: layer count target, board dimensions, key ICs, and any high-speed signals. For firmware: MCU platform, required peripherals, and connectivity. For IoT: sensor types, connectivity protocol, cloud platform preference, and number of devices. If you don't know all of these yet, don't worry — the scoping call is exactly for working through them together.

Yes. We provide pre-compliance guidance during the design phase — applying EMC design rules, selecting pre-certified RF modules, and preparing design documentation for CE, FCC, RoHS, and IEC 60601 (medical) certifications. We can't run the certification tests ourselves but we design to pass on the first submission and coordinate with accredited test labs.
Yes. We offer post-launch support packages covering firmware updates, bug fixes, design revisions for cost optimisation, and technical consultation as your product scales. We've maintained long-term relationships with most of our clients well beyond first delivery.
We use a shared project management workspace (Notion or Linear) for task tracking, weekly video calls for milestone reviews, and email / WhatsApp for day-to-day questions. You'll always know where the project stands and can reach the team directly during business hours.
