It depends on the scope. A simple two-layer PCB takes 2–3 weeks. A complex multi-layer board with firmware usually takes 6–10 weeks. Taking a product from concept to a production-ready prototype is typically 3–6 months. You get a plan with milestone dates after the scoping call.

Yes. We sign a mutual NDA before any detailed discussion. Ask for it when you send your brief and we'll send our standard NDA before the first call, or sign yours.

For PCB design: target layer count, board size, key ICs and any high-speed signals. For firmware: the microcontroller, peripherals and connectivity. For apps: the platforms and what the app must do with the device. For machine design: what the machine does, cycle times, available space, and photos or drawings of anything that exists. If you don't know all of this yet, that's what the first call is for.

We prepare production files, BOMs and test procedures, and build through manufacturing partners in India. We stay involved through the first articles and production testing.

Usually, yes. We add cameras or sensors and a small edge computer beside the existing controls. The AI watches and advises, while the machine's own control and safety systems stay in charge. We start with a short trial on your machine, so you see what it catches before anything is rolled out.

Only if you want it to. Wherever we can, models run on the machine or on a computer on your premises, and our assistants use local language models. Your data and the trained models belong to you.

It depends on the job. Spotting unusual vibration can start from a few days of normal running; visual inspection usually needs a few hundred labelled examples of good and bad parts. The discovery call tells you what is needed before you spend anything.

Yes. We apply EMC design rules, choose pre-certified radio modules where it makes sense and prepare the documentation for CE, FCC, RoHS and IEC 60601. The certification tests themselves are run by accredited labs; we design to pass the first time and coordinate with the lab.

Yes. Support covers firmware updates, bug fixes, design revisions for cost reduction and engineering advice as your volumes grow.
