This policy explains what information Anjaneya Automation (“we”) collects through anjaneyaautomation.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

• Forms. When you send a project brief or a message, we receive what you type: your name, email, and optionally your company, phone number, country, project details, budget range and any file you attach.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare proposals.
• To send an NDA or project documents you ask for.
• To keep records of our discussions about a project.

We do not sell your information or use it for marketing lists.

Who processes it

The site is hosted on Netlify, which also receives form submissions on our behalf. Videos are played from YouTube only after you press play; YouTube's own privacy policy then applies to that video.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Project records are kept for as long as the contract and the law require.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to info@anjaneyaautomation.com.
