SMZ-F4000Industrial controller with an AI-assisted, no-code workbench
The SMZ-F4000 is a compact industrial controller for machines, panels and automation projects. Its companion software, the Shree-Mazu Workbench, lets you place sensors and outputs on a canvas, wire them with a click, and then generates, builds and flashes the STM32 firmware for you. The built-in AI assistant runs on a local engine, so no cloud account is needed.

How the Shree-Mazu Workbench works
From an empty canvas to firmware running on the board. Describe what you want, and the local AI assistant does the wiring and the code.
- 01
Place devices
Drag push buttons, switches, rotary encoders, analogue and thermocouple sensors, relays, servos and RGB lighting onto the canvas.
- 02
Wire with a click
Connect each device to the board's inputs and outputs with point-and-click wiring.
- 03
Describe the behaviour
Type a request such as “when the button is pressed, turn on the light”. The local AI assistant drafts the rule, places the device and wires it.
- 04
Add logic visually
Build more advanced rules with Google Blockly blocks instead of code.
- 05
Simulate first
Run the logic against simulated inputs and outputs before touching the hardware.
- 06
Generate, flash and watch
The Workbench writes and builds the firmware, flashes it in one click and shows live I/O values, events and logs.
See it running
Devices placed on the canvas, firmware generated and flashed, and live values coming back from the board.
Hardware
Industrial I/O and protection on a compact STM32 board. Ask us for the full datasheet.
- Processor
- STM32 microcontroller (Arm Cortex-M)
- Digital inputs and outputs
- Isolated, on screw terminals, with a status LED per channel
- Field supply
- 2.5 kVrms isolated field-side supply
- Power input
- 9–24 V DC with reverse-polarity protection, 1500 W surge suppression and a fuse
- Interfaces
- USART, SPI, I²C, CAN and a display / HMI interface
- USB
- Dual USB-C for power, programming and live monitoring
- Expansion
- P601 header for stackable shields
- Programming
- Shree-Mazu Workbench, or your own C/C++ with STM32 tools
Expansion shields
Shields stack on the P601 header, so one controller grows with the machine.
Relay shield
Switch heavier loads from the controller's outputs.
3-axis stepper shield
Drive three stepper motors for motion and positioning.
Wi-Fi / RS-485 shield
Add wireless links and RS-485 / Modbus RTU networks.
Where it fits
Machine builders
An embeddable, programmable control core for OEM machines.
Factory automation
Sequencing, interlocks and actuator control on production equipment.
Building automation
Lighting, HVAC and access control with sensor feedback.
Industrial IoT
Bridging machine I/O to networks, gateways and dashboards.
Training and prototyping
Real industrial I/O for labs, classrooms and proof-of-concept rigs.
